Before you buy, before you apply.
Are rentals available outside Brisbane? +
No. Rentals are Brisbane metro only (roughly 15km radius from Fortitude Valley), because every weekly rate includes in-person servicing, swap bikes, and workshop pickup. Retail purchases ship anywhere in Australia.
Do I need an ABN or a visa to rent? +
You need to be on a rider account with at least one delivery platform (Uber Eats or DoorDash) and provide photo ID. ABN is not required. Visa status does not need to be permanent — we accept working holiday, student and bridging visas.
What happens if the bike breaks during a shift? +
Call or message the shop. If it's a mechanical issue and you're on shift, we'll arrange a swap bike within 24 hours (usually same-day if it happens between 8am and 4pm). You keep earning.
How long does AU-wide retail delivery take? +
2–3 business days Brisbane/Gold Coast, 3–5 days Sydney/Melbourne/Adelaide, 5–7 days Perth/Darwin/TAS. Every bike is tuned, brakes bedded and gears indexed by a Brisbane mechanic before we box it for transit. Most riders are rolling within 15 minutes of unboxing (front wheel, handlebars and pedals), with tools and a step-by-step guide in the carton.
Can I buy one of your fleet bikes outright instead of renting? +
Yes. All three fleet bikes (Cruze Lite, Courier X, Long-Haul Dual) are available for outright purchase. You lose the included servicing and swap-bike guarantee, but you own it day one.
