1.1 DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we deliver nationwide.

1.2 DO I NEED TO BOOK MY BIKE?

We have a limited number of bikes due to that are needed to book. Any booking changes are accepted up until 48hrs before the day scheduled, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

1.3 HOW FAR CAN I GO?

Do you have many hills to get up? What power mode are you planning to be on when you ride it? All of these factors will affect the amount of range your bike will have. Going up hills requires more battery and motor power. Being on Turbo mode all the time will affect the amount of battery power used as well. Of course the larger the battery capacity the more range you will have.

Here is a quick trip guide based on battery Amp Hours. This is conservative and based on using the power liberally. Most brands will give very optimistic range estimations based on relatively flat terrain and using a low level of power assist. From our experience most ebike users embrace the power and want to get to their destination as fast as possible especially for a commute. You don’t drive at 40km on a 60km zone, do you? As a motorist you drive at the maximum speed allowable. If however you are touring or happy to use the power in eco mode then you can expect about 30% more range based on the following figures. Bellow there is some ideas of the distant range for each battery capacity: 

9AH > 30 to 40km

10AH > 35 to 45km

12AH (400wh)> 50 to 65km

14Ah (500wh) > 65 to 85

16Ah (612wh) > 85 to 115km

1.4 WHAT TYPE OF BIKES YOU HAVE?

The right question is: What type of bike do you prefer? I mean what’s your favourite model of bike? Mountain, cruiser, road bike? Don’t mind if you don’t know this answer because our team is extremely prepared to help you to find the perfect type for you! We are dealers of NCM, SmartMotion, Velectrix and Leitner, which provide us to have a big variety of products and the best model for you!

1.5 WHAT IS THE TOP SPEED OF AN ELECTRIC BIKE?

If you are pedalling, you can go as fast as you are able to pedal it. However, most of our bikes stop providing electric assist while pedalling at 25km/h according to Australia Law.

1.6 CAN I RENT EXTRA BATTERY?

Sure, it will cost you approximately $30 per week

1.7 WHERE ARE THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF AREAS?

If you are located in Sydney come to MyEbike Sydney in Shop 1 / 234 William St, Potts Point.Moments from Kings Cross station.

If you are located in Brisbane come to MyEbike Brisbane in Shop 5/421 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley, 5 min walking from Fortitude Valley Station.

1.8 IF MY BIKE GET DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our bikes are regularly maintained, specially batteries, brakes and main adjusts. In case you face a mechanical or electrical problem with your bike you should contact us immediately or bring it to your closest MyEbike store.

1.9 WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED WEIGHT AND HEIGHT?

The average weight is between 85kg to 125kg depending of the model, and the height is suitable for everyone because the bike can be easily adjusted for different heights.

1.10 CAN I HIRE FOR A DAY?

Yes,and we also have some special conditions for deliverers. If you decide to extend your contract you can extend for more days or weeks. See our rental plans at PLANS area or contact us for further information.

1.11 CAN I DO A TEST DRIVE?

Yes, but first give us a call or send us an email to book your test ride.

1.12 WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOND?

When the bike is returned in good condition, the bond is going to be returned within 2 days via bank transfer.

1.13 HOW DO I RENEW MY RENTAL?

1 day prior the contract finishes, we will contact you to ask if you would like to extend your contract. In case of breach of contract a fee of $45 will be charged from the bond.

1.14 HOW IS THE RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, as long as it is in the original package.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
NOTE: In this case the customer will be in charge of postage.

If the product received is damaged, the customer can return it for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with no extra costs. The customer can get a refund or exchange the product for another item.

1.15 CAN I CHARGE THE BATTERY BY PEDALLING?

No, you have to connect to a powerpoint.

1.16 WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY?

After a long ride it is recommended to wait 30 minutes to connect the battery into the power point.

1.17 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET STOLEN?

It is listed in your contract the amount you’ll have to pay for the bike, however the first step you have to do is to go to the Police Station and report the incident. After that contact us with the Police Reference Number and we will help you with the process.
